The story of "la petite poterie de Biscarrosse
Shiatsu practitioner and naturopath, I wanted to associate to my office an art therapy workshop in order to help some of my consultants to express their emotions through clay. It is also a return to my first passion (and 15 years of work...) that gave me the desire to recreate collections inspired by the landscape that I see every day: the ocean, the lakes, the dunes. Working with clay allows me to center myself. The fact of turning the clay forces one to settle down, to think of nothing else but the movements of the fingers on the clay. Kneading, embracing the contours, caressing its softness and dialoguing with this sensual element, forces one to be in the present moment, to welcome its movements, its moods and its doubts. It is another form of meditation.
Whatever the result, in the end the journey is always exciting.
