As soon as you arrive, the Dune du Pilat will impress you by its size, 110 m high, 2.9 km long, 616 m wide, 55 million m3 of sand.
Take your momentum and go for the ascent, by the stairs or by the sand. At the top, you'll be thrilled: an exceptional panorama will reveal the wonders of the basin: the Arguin bank, the forest, the Cap-Ferret lighthouse... A classified site since 1978, the "spirit of the place" will remain intact until your return.
In order for everyone to have a good time in this exceptional natural site, while remaining protected, information and awareness signage is placed throughout the reception area.
