4 mountain bike trails, 5 gravel trails, 2 walking trails, 3 cycling trails will enable you to discover little-known aspects of our region.
A meal closes this sporting morning (registration required).
Five gravel routes on offer: 47 km; 63 km; 74 km; 94 km or 117 km.
New sectors make their appearance, including a new 30 km loop on the two main routes. Most of the trails are comfortable.
Areas of soft sand are very rare. Asphalt sections, on small roads or cycle paths, account for no more than 15% of the distance.
The short course is designed for beginners with a little training.
The long course is for very well-trained runners (last refreshment stop at 1:30 p.m.).
GPS tracks will be sent out from Wednesday April 9.
