Margo Indigo yoga

I'm Margo Indigo, a Hatha Yoga teacher certified by the Canadian international university YOGAMI 200H. I specialize in the art and science of mudras with Locana Sansregret.

I'm passionate about passing on this practice, which reminds us that there's a home within us to which it's good to return.

My classes are gentle yet profound, inviting relaxation and exploration. My approach is introspective and sensory. My classes are not limited to the execution of postures, but a lived experience, where each participant can settle down, reconnect with themselves and find what they need.

Personalized guidance, designed to honor your rhythm and your current needs. Each session is tailor-made, to guide you towards greater balance, presence and well-being.
On-site in Biscarrosse-Plage and the surrounding area, I suggest you practice where you feel comfortable: at home or outdoors, weather permitting.

• Breath Connection 🌬️

Let yourself be carried along by the rhythm of your own breath, like the coming and going of the waves. Here, the breath becomes a guide, a journey where the body dances with the breath, an invitation to listen to your own rhythm.

• Explore your balance ⚖️

This workshop invites you to feel your stability, to find your inner solidity, like a deeply rooted tree.

• Openness & Flexibility 🌀

Like the sun slowly descending over the horizon, this workshop is an exploration of flexibility, hip mobility and letting go. A space to welcome sensations and open up to yourself.

💙 These spaces are designed to offer you a parenthesis out of time, in the slowness and depth of practice.
